Shipping and delivery time

Little Red Stuga offers deliveries worldwide. Delivery time varies on 

product and destination but items in stock we ship within 5 workingdays
from order.  If your order takes longer than normal we will contact you. 

Prices

Prices are including 25% VAT. For orders that are to be delivered

outside the European Union the final price will be 20% lower. 

Upon arrival however, the goods might be subject to local taxes or

customs fees. For more details regarding local taxes, please

contact your country's customs department.

Payment

Payment can be made with all Visa, MasterCard or PayPal. All 

transactions on the Little Red Stuga site are processed using DIBS, 

a third party secure online payment gateway that encrypts your card 

details in a secure host environment.

Exchanges and returns

Exchanges (change colour) and returns (money back)

can be within 14 days after reception of the goods. 

(The item must be unused).

In case of returns and exchanges please contact us at

customerservice@littleredstuga.se to recieve a return address. The return shipping

cost is paid by the customer, but if a product has a production defect,

the shipping cost will be refunded as well.
